Les Gauries Rosé, This light-bodies rosé starts rather flat, but quickly becomes crisps with ripe fruit and a clean-and somewhat extended, acidic finish. It would be best to keep this wine cold while drinking it because the alcohol becomes much more prominent as the wine warns up.
